Ive checked for updates and installed them all both with your headset and windows. I have disabled the sensors within your lens app and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver for the headset. Currently connected via USB. I try and answer a call for work and It will mute, unmute, mute constantly. Making it very difficult to troubleshoot my callers issues.

If you call support they tell you to return the product.

Hello @Ryan39

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Please specify the software version of BT700 and Voyager Focus 2 headset.

Also please confirm if you have multiple softphones ( E.g Teams, Zoom etc.) installed on your PC?

In addition to this, try testing the headset with a different PC and see if the same issue persists.

Regards,

I'm experiencing the exact same behaviour with a Voyager Focus (not the Focus 2).

I'm running firmware v.713

Any update on this issue?

Hello @TitiViking ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The Poly volunteer before me asked very specific questions that neither the original poster nor yourself answered.

It may be best to contact our support organisation directly.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
