Poly Lens Software Update Failed

I have a Voyager 5200 on version 117. Poly Lens tells me that 513 is available but when I go to update, it downloads the software but then I get an error 'Software Update Failed. Uh Oh. We have a problem'. I have tried using two computers, same result on both. How can I get this device to update?

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.
