Hi,
I have an issue with my new Poly Focus 2 headphones. When I connect it through a USB dongle, the range is very poor, about 30ft or less. I tried connecting through Bluetooth without the dongle, and the range is way better - no problems at all.
I am surprised, as it is supposed to be the opposite. Do you think my USB dongle is faulty?
