Poly 4300 (4310) Anruf Annahme & Beenden Softphone...

Ich habe mir mehrere Poly 4310 UC Headset gekauft. Ich habe diese installiert und wollte das nfon softphone entweder über Browser oder installiert nutzen (Win 10).
Das Gerät wird mir angezeigt und ich bekomme alle Testtöne. Sobald ein Anruf reinkommt oder ich einen beenden möchte funktioniert die "Annahme"-Taste in der Mitte vom Kopfhörer nicht (bei allen Headsets).
Ich habe schon den Plantronics Hub installiert, wo mir auch SDK nfonPlantronics als verbunden angezeigt wird.
Was muss ich einstellen? Gestern ging es mal...heute leider nicht (update?)
