My wife just got a 5200 headset. I installed the Plantronics Hub on her phone. But on her phone, she just gets the list of products to learn more about and doesn't get a list of paired devices. On my phone, the hub shows the Apps option. On her phone, the apps option doesn't appear at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Hub, but no difference. The two phones are on exactly the same version and update of Android. So it's not clear why the Hub software would behave differently on each phone. It's quite frustrating. I'm trying to get Tile configured for her since she keeps losing her headsets.

 

Any ideas how to get he hub to work correctly and register the paired 5200 and show the Apps button?
