Plantronics Savi W740 audio issues post update

Hey all,


The Plantronics Hub notified me of an update last night, I performed said update, today my audio quality is rough. The audio on my end is a bit staticy. For those on the other side, they're stating I sound very tinny and distanced.


It appears you can manually apply firmware to the devices; however, I'm not finding where I can download older versions.


Any thoughts? I'm on the phone 6+ hours a day, need to resolve this ASAP!
