I have a Poly Voyager 5200 (prod ID 0130) with Firmware v.513 and a Plantronics charging case plugged into a PC running Windows 11 and the Plantronics Hub (Version 3.24.2 Build 36336).

 

I keep getting pop-up notifications on Windows that a Voyager 5200 firmware upgrade is available, but when I click on one to open the Plantronics Hub, it shows me that the firmware is up to date.

Why is this keep happening, even after an update is installed?

 

Also, why does the Plantronics Hub software frequently seem to freeze up and become non-responsive?
