Perpetual beeping / intermittent audio when in phone call

Hello,

I have a problem with my Voyager Focus UC headset - whenever I make or receive a phone call (mobile via Bluetooth, laptop via Bluetooth, or laptop via USB), I hear 3 beeps repetitively and the audio cuts in and out.

The three beeps are similar to that which are typically heard at the start of making a phone call (beep tone = low, low, high), but they just keep beeping, every couple of seconds.

Any idea how I can stop this from happening?

Normal audio works fine, the problem is only when I need to make/receive a phone call.
