Not able to connect multiple devices

I have 2 devices, Voyager Focus 2 / BT700 on my PC and my Android mobile phone. I's been working fine for a while but I now get no sound on the PC after using the mobile, need to toggle power on the Focus 2 to get sound back. Firmware is up to date. Tried repairing mobile, resetting/repairing BT700, problem still remains. Do I need to replace the Focus 2?

Re: Not able to connect multiple devices

I also had this issue a few months back. I was not able to connect to multiple devices at once. I tried factory resetting the Focus 2 with no such luck of it working. I had to RMA the headset and get a replacement from Poly.

Re: Not able to connect multiple devices

I called Poly support on this earlier last year to find answers. I have the same model at our workplace, Voyager 2 with BT600 & BT700. We also have Poly phones, so many folks wanted both the PC and desk phone connected. Most phones would disconnect BT from the headset as soon as a sound is played on the PC connected to the BT600 or BT700. The tech eventually got back to me after speaking with the higher up tier support and they told me that the headset is only meant to stay connected to 1 device at a time and although it may work for a short period of time to expect it to get disconnected at some point. That was exactly the case and issue we had, we wished it would stay connected on both devices at once.
