More side tone options for Voyager 4220 [FeatureReq]

Hello!

I know the purpose of the side tone is so that one shouldn't speak too loudly etc but my ears are sensitive and it bothers me.

I have been in touch with support and they say that the side tone is intended to be there but shouldn't it be up to the user to decide if one wants to listen to oneself or not? Afterall the goal of the product is to satisfy the users need.

I would like an option to completely turn off the side-tone and also an option to set it to an even lower volume, "Lowest". Can you please add these features?

I would be so happy!
