I have also several small issues with a Poly Focus II headset with Office BAse.
We have approx 200 devices and all experiencing small issues.
Auto answer not always working. (50% of the time)
Button not always working.
Office base doens't end the call although call is ended in Teams with the result that you have several issues the next time someone call.
Poly helpdesk doesn 't take us serious and does nothing....
