Focus 2 Teams ANC

Hi.

  • Focus 2 Teams version
  • Firmware 0.0.787.4266
  • Tried factory reset via Poly App.
  • Turned off sensors for presense with no change
  • Using ANC level 2
  • Generally connected to both PC and Samsung S22 but issue arises is only 1 is connected or both.

I've a headset which i'm having issues with ANC.

When i start the headset the headset has great ANC but randomly after a while the ANC turns completely off. 

To get ANC up and going again i have to move ANC button to off and on again.

After that the ANC works for a random amount of time.

 

Have anyone had this issue?
