Bonjour, j'ai acheter un casque POLY Voyager Focus 2 UC Teams USB-A pour PC/GSM sur Amazon le réducteur de bruit ne fonctionne pas et lorsque je parle on ne m'entend pas.

Je voudrais retourner l'article et être remboursé afin de trouver un autre casque.
