You can try charging the headset with a different charging cable / power outlet and see if that helps.
Also, depleting the battery completely and then charging it fully may sometimes fix this issue.
If the issue persists even after trying these steps, replacement would be in order.
Please contact our support team to raise a ticket for getting your headset replaced.
