I have the Voyager Focus UC with the BT600 and Win 10 no longer recongnizes it as a microphone.  It does show up under Device Manager as a "Headset Earphone", but not as a Microphone, therefore it is not working with MS Teams as it did before.  I can connect the headset to my cell phone and the microphone works just fine, so it is clearly an issue with the BT600 dongle.  I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, shut down, etc. many times and nothing is bringing it back as a microphone.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

I suggest trying to click on the speaker icon in the task bar, selecting sounds, and ensuring the Microphone is enabled there.

 

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.

Thank you for the reply.  Unfortunately, the microphone is not shown under the sounds setting.  It is not listed in Device Manager so I cannot update it there either.  The headset does work if I connect it direct Bluetooth to my PC, but not if I use the BT600.  I will explore the support link you provided.

My warranty is expired.  What other options do I have to get the BT600 working again?  

 

Can I reload firmware on it?  Where can I find it?
