Hi
I have a Plantronics Voyager Focus UC - BT600 - if the phone is ringing as soon as I pick the headset up from the table (for instance) it says Mute on, Mute off, Mute on, Mute off, Mute on...
This is driving me mad as it settles on Mute on so I then can't hear anyone and sit there for ages trying to figure out how to turn it off.
Does anyone have any ideas?

The language in my office right now is a lot worse than that as I work in sales and rely on the phones.
I will advise to uninstall and give that a go.

----------------Mine is doing the same thing. It is absolutely insane to pay $150 for a device and have it not work properly. I have tried everything you have suggested. Please give me a number to call to get support.
