Hi, In my Plantronics 5200uc, mic volume is too low. It looks like the main mic is not working and it listens via a sub mic and because of that the sound at the other end is very poor. 

Looking for support to fix this issue.

We will appreciate if going forward you start using a name so that we can know who is contacting us. We only see an avatar pic but no name.

 

Secondly, we will appreciate if you start a topic with basic MINIMUM Details so that information exchange is faster and swift.

 

The Voyager 5200 series has 4 noise cancellation Mic. in the Mic. boom array. It is possible that over the period of time if one of the mic. goes down you may experience issues on calls. This needs to be investigated and suggest you to log a ticket for this since troubleshooting or providing support via the community is outside the scope for myself as a Poly employee.
 
 Please raise a ticket with Poly Technical Support.

I have same issue,

V5200 working OK for some time. Without any specific rule or trigger microphone starts to fade out and person on the other side not able to hear well.

Problem appeared ~3 years ago. Sent device to locale service center, escalated to Poly support, but no solution.
