5200 loses mic during video calls after 21 minutes

I just bought the 5200 and set up bluetooth connection with my laptop.  I successfully connected on a Teams video call, but after 21 minutes my microphone stopped working.  I had to end the video call and re-enter it.  Everything worked fine for about 21 minutes, then the same thing happened.
